Samantha Ray Marshall

09/12/1983

Sammy Ray is a well rounded musician from Wisconsin.  Although she in known for her powerful voice and was even nominated for vocalist of the year in 2017 by the Wisconsin Area Music Industry, she actually is a drummer by trade.  Sammy went to the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee for Music Education with a primary instrument of Finger-style guitar.  Sammy is known for her country music but is  a HUGE fan of progressive rock/metal bands such as Opeth, Pantera, Tool, Steven Wilson, Avenge Sevenfold, Nothing More, Rush and Breaking Benjamin.  When she's not on stage she is kayaking, spending time with family, and creating original spray paint art.

Sammy's focus in music is now shifting from performing as many cover shows as possible (150+ a year) to creating original hard hitting country music.  "Where have all the Gretchin's gone?"
